Terrapin Farms is a small family-run business located in Center Point, TX. Since 2009, the farm has been raising and selling full-blood Dorper sheep that are registered with the American Dorper Sheep Breeders’ Association (ADSBA).
Owners of the farm let the sheep grow up in the pastures and have them stay in family groups their entire lives. Lambs meant for meat production are minimally handled (no castration, no tail docking, no ear tags), while they dock the tails of the ewes and studs for sanitary purposes.
