3. MiniMoo Farms 

MiniMoo Farms is a miniature Highland cattle breeder of Middle Tennessee. Located in Ashland City, TN, 20 miles from Nashville, TN, they sell most of their cows, keeping just a few for themselves. 

MiniMoo Farms does not vaccinate their calves and sell them when they are over 3 months old. You will need to pay a $500 deposit to reserve a calf (it is applied to the full sum). They sell their mini cows for $1,500-$4,000 with most prices falling between $2,500 and $3,000. 

They also offer to deliver the calf to you within 75 miles of their farm for $150; they will drive as far as 350 miles and charge $2/mile one way. 

In case you want to have the chance to be the first to pick a calf, the farm keeps a paid waiting list ($250). If you want the calf you will need to pay an additional $250 to complete the initial deposit amount. The list is limited to 4 people and if all of them do not take the calf, they will offer it to the general public. 

You can go and visit their farm to check out the animals but keep in mind that you will need to make an appointment.
